We love people and we adore weddings… so we’d love to work with literally everyone! However, as much as it pains us to say this, we know your unique style, personality, and way of communicating may connect better with someone other than us.
We care about you. We want you to find the right planner for your special day. That’s why we’ve come up with a list of eight qualities that will *most likely* make us a great fit for you.
1. You’re busy
We specialize in taking work off the plates of busy couples. From last-semester seniors to grad students to hard-working professionals, we’ve had the pleasure of helping dozens of busy brides and grooms plan stress-free weddings!
2. Your S.O. is your everything
We love love. We celebrate it. We cherish it. And we love connecting with people who feel the same!
3. You can’t wait to celebrate with friends and family
We’re all about freeing you up to create memorable moments with the people you love. We want you to hit the dance floor (if that’s your thing) or mingle your heart out without a single worry about timelines or tear down.
4. You’re looking forward to the marriage more than the wedding
We’re incredibly mindful of the fact that weddings lead to marriage. While we want our couples to have the perfect day they’ve always dreamed of, we also want them to be more excited about the big, beautiful adventure they’re going to embark on. The wedding lasts a day, but marriage lasts a lifetime.
5. You want your parents to take it easy
With all the social responsibilities and out-of-town guests, most parents stay pretty busy the week of the wedding. (You’re probably thinking, “Obviously!”)We love helping parents, especially moms, take it easy on the wedding day. In fact, we’ve had numerous mothers hire us so they didn’t have to stress about the wedding planning!
6. You love a good cause
A portion of the proceeds from every wedding we plan goes to a good cause. We currently support two organizations. The first is Wish Upon a Wedding, a non-profit that that grants weddings and vow renewals to couples facing serious illness or a life-altering circumstance. The second is Global Gardens, a Tulsa-based non-profit that empowers students in low-income communities to be agents of change in their own lives and communities through hands on science (gardening) and peace education.
7. You understand that “real life” happens… and you’re okay with it
Sometimes it rains on wedding days. Sometimes ring bearers cry the entire way up the aisle. Sometimes guests arrive late. For all the planning and logistics coordination in the world, sometimes real life happens on your special day. Of course, we’ll be there to enact “plan B” on stormy days, and hold hands of frightened little ones. We just need you to be open to the “realness.”
8. You love animals
We’re a team of animal lovers. That doesn’t necessarily mean that we’ll hit it off, but it’s a good place to start. Want to show us 20 Instagram pics of your pup (or cat/bird/fish)? We’re down. Want to include your pet in the ceremony? We’re good with that too.
